TikPlanner is designed with privacy in mind:

• All your content and configuration data is stored exclusively in your Google Drive
• We create only two locations in your Google Drive:
  • A single sheet for the TikPlanner dashboard
  • A "TikPlanner Images" folder for storing your media files
• Your TikTok authentication token is stored securely within your Google account
• We do not maintain any remote copies of your data or authentication credentials

3. Information We Collect

We collect and store only the following minimal information:

• Your Gmail address (for notification purposes only)
• TikTok usernames of accounts you've connected (for moderation purposes only)

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your TikTok passwords or authentication tokens
• Your Google Drive contents outside of the TikPlanner locations
• Any personal information beyond what's listed above

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

• Providing the core service functionality
• Sending notifications about new features and updates
• Account moderation when necessary

We do not:

• Sell your information to third parties
• Share your information with anyone
• Use your information for advertising purposes

5. Communications

We may occasionally send emails about new features or important updates to the Add-on. For these communications:

• Every email will include an unsubscribe option
• You can opt out at any time
• We will not send marketing emails unrelated to the service

6. Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the Add-on:

• All permissions are automatically revoked
• You retain full control of any files created in your Google Drive
• You can manually delete the "TikPlanner Images" folder and dashboard
• We retain only your email and TikTok username for moderation purposes

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All data is stored securely within your Google account
• We use industry-standard security protocols
• We regularly review our security practices
